Make sure the following 3 items are completed!

• Fill out the athlete information and waiver form at www.firmfitpersonaltraining.com

• Athlete and at least one parent need to have Stack TeamApp downloaded on their smartphone (it’s free). This is our Team Communication tool. Once installed, search for FirmFit Flyers and click “join”.

• Athlete must have USATF membership. Go to www.usatf.org to join. After getting your membership search for FirmFit Flyers, click “join”.
